1.1. 1.1. The websites www.aaalaw.eu and aaalaw.lt (the “Website”) are operated by UAB “AAA Law” and Domkute and partners attorneys-at-law professional partnership AAA Law (“We”, “Our”, “Us” or “AAA”)
1.2. 1.2. Your access to and use of Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) and Privacy Policy which is incorporated in and made a part of these T&C by reference. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by T&C. By using the Website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these T&C you must immediately stop using the Website.
1.3. Additional terms apply when AAA and you mutually decide to conclude agreement of some kind. However oral discussions and negotiations and discussions and negotiations by email using contacts provided on the Website represents only an expression of Our mutual intentions at this time and shall not be construed or deemed to represent an agreement of any kind until a definitive agreement has been concluded in writing. For purposes of clarity, the term “definitive agreement” include actual clear, unambiguous and written (including by email) agreement in which the subject matter, price and terms of the agreement can be clearly defined also which are approved by Our authorized person. In no case Our silence or failure to reply to you shall be regarded as acceptance of any terms and conditions. Please note concluded definitive agreements are subject to Our standard contractual terms and conditions.
