Senior Associate Kristīne Viļķina specializes in trademark and design prosecution and enforcement matters. She is responsible for advising clients on registration issues of trademarks and industrial designs, consulting clients regarding formation and management of trademark and design portfolio, preparing and filling oppositions and replies to the oppositions, representing clients before Latvian Patent Office (LPO), World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and European Union Intellectual Property Organization (EUIPO).

– Represented one of the biggest Russian cosmetics company in trademark prosecution in the EU and other jurisdictions as well as handled several oppositions.
