Indrė has more than 15 years of experience in the field of public procurement, commercial litigation, construction law, and is also an experienced data protection expert.

She advises clients on labour law, company law, consumer protection issues.

– Participated as a public procurement expert in the implementation of an EU-funded project for a client Development of the vocational training infrastructure of Elektrėnai Vocational Training Center.

– Advised and prepared procedural documents in a dispute with an insurance company regarding the reimbursement of an insurance benefit to a health care institution. In this case, the extended panel of seven judges of the Supreme Court of Lithuania formed a practice and precedent for further similar cases concerning non-insured events in the healthcare sector.

– Advised and drafted procedural documents in a case concerning the postponement of compulsory initial military service, in which the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania ruled on the duty of the Lithuanian legislator to provide guarantees to offset the greater negative consequences for non-residents and would help to avoid disproportionate damage to the interests of the individual.
