Partner Aušra Pakėnienė has more than 20 years of experience in the field of trademark, design and patent protection. Aušra Pakėnienė is responsible for advising clients on possibilities IP protections possibilities and strategy, responding to inquiries of patent offices and well as to refusals from registration, drafting oppositions, motivated arguments and replies to the oppositions. She also represents clients in disputes regarding trademark registrations and trademark infringements before Lithuanian State Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office, Lithuanian courts as well as General court and Court of Justice of European Union.

• Advised and represented an international company – manufacturer of pharmaceuticals – before ECJ regarding a preliminary ruling on the issue of a supplementary protection certificate;
• Advises clients, drafts applications for SITA (Science, Innovation and Technologies Agency) regarding support for design and patent registrations.
